We're so excited to have you joining us in February! If you have a question and can't find the answer below, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

Should I rent a car?
For guests staying in San Francisco, getting around is easy with cabs and public transportation. If you want to explore more of the area (Napa, Marin, etc.), renting a car is best. If you're staying at Cavallo Point and plan on venturing into the city, you may want to rent a car as well although it's easy enough to Uber or Taxi in (15 min to downtown, 20 min to Friday evening festivities).

We'll provide shuttles to and from Headlands Center for the Arts for all guests on Saturday although you are welcome to drive if you prefer. We'll be reaching out closer to the wedding to find out who would like a ride!

What should I plan on packing?
The weather in San Francisco can be a little unpredictable in the winter, from drizzly and cool to 70s and sunny - be sure to check the weather before you pack. However, as it's an El Niño year, there will likely be some rain. Our recommended wedding attire is semi-formal: for ladies, this means cocktail dress or nice skirt/top and for men, suit & tie although we are pretty open - it is California after all - we're happy to give you an excuse to wear that tux again! We'll be inside most of the evening so a light sweater, jacket, wrap, etc. is just fine.
